Returns and Refunds.

How do I return an item?


Fill out the returns form and ship the items back to us within the stipulated days. It is that easy. For Sri Lankan customers theres 30 days to return an item while, oversees customers have 60 days to return an item. For complete information click here.




Where is the Return form?


The return form can be found in the footer as well as in the terms and conditions returns section. Please read our terms and conditions to understand clearly the complete procedure and deadlines to send an item back to us. Alternatively click here to be taken to the return form. :)




When will I get my refund?


Your refund will take a maximum of 45 - 50 days to process from the day of receiving the item by us. We shall try our very best to expedite an approved refund as soon as possible. For all refund information click here.




Why does it take so long for me to get my refund back?


When we receive your returned item we need to process the item completely. Due to health risks we wash the item/s press them re-pack them and re-tag them. This process takes time. Manufacturing of clothing burdens our environment a lot. Hence, to reduce the carbon foot print we shall be washing your returned items together with others to minimise the usage of water. The process to check the items are not damaged takes time as well. Then we have to inform the monetary services to refund you. All of which takes time. Hope that you understand. We shall try our very best to get you the refund in a shorter time as much as possible.




Do I have to pay for return shipment?


Yes you should pay for return shipment. Please ensure you send the package safely back to us as we are not liable for any damages caused during the shipment. We also advise you to photograph the item before postage in the postage package to help you recover damages from the post service in the event of a damage. Do you ship internationally?


Yes we do ship internationally. We are sorry but cash on delivery is not available for orders outside of Sri Lanka.




Do you have Cash on Delivery?


Yes we do have cash on delivery. Only for Sri Lanka.




If I order any valuable items such as jewellery will they arrive safely?


We ship jewellery items only through trusted courier partners.




How do we get the tracking number?


Once we have posted the item you will receive the tracking number via email.
